Recent achievements and future ambitions
Complete Farmer had a transformative year in 2025: they reduced post-harvest losses by an estimated 15–25%, and scaled farmer reach at a sector-leading pace by shifting from direct engagement to platform facilitated aggregation. Six new fulfillment centres across northern Ghana were paired with CF’s steadily growing agent network in a deliberate ‘digital + physical’ hybrid for scaling. With plans to expand to Senegal and Côte d’Ivoire, the company is strengthening the resilience of West African farmers, improving income predictability, and increasing participation of women across the value chain.
