Investing in inclusive growth

As part of a partnership with IYBA WE4A, we’re currently accepting applications for support from women-led businesses in climate-aligned sectors in Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, and Tanzania.

Goodwell’s funds are not actively investing at the moment; please bear in mind that applications will therefore not be reviewed as quickly as usual. However, we are working on an exciting new fund that aims to deliver inclusive growth, climate impact, and competitive returns. How the application process works

We understand that finding the right investors for your business is crucial, which is why we’ve designed a streamlined and thorough process to ensure we’re a great fit.

Step 1

Apply for funding

We’ll carefully review your application and if it seems like you might be a good fit, we’ll let you know within 15 business days.

Step 2

Deal screening

To learn more about your company, management team and overall ambitions, we’ll schedule an introductory online meeting.

Step 3

Due diligence

During this phase, we’ll carefully review business and legal documents and complete an in-depth screening process that may take several iterations.

Step 4

Investment committee

Our custom approach to every investment is to determine the ideal investment instruments and structure. After in-depth conversations and plan iterations we will present a full proposal to our external Investment Committee for approval.

Step 5

Closing

This is the beginning of our long-term relationship. We take a patient, hands-on approach to support you in achieving your goals.
