About our complaint procedure
Goodwell Investments has been supporting inclusive businesses that provide affordable basic products and service of good quality to underserved consumers in India and Africa. We bear a particular responsibility to the companies that we serve and the investors that entrust us their capital. Responsibilities also come with consequences. Responsibility for us means more than protection of all rights of people that we serve, the companies we support or the consumers that we aim to sponsor, as well as the environment we protect.
We want to be transparent about who we are and what we do. And we want to be open about complaints about our work or our company. People who feel negatively affected by Goodwell Investments or our representatives have the opportunity to submit a complaint. Your complaint or critical comments will also help us to recognise problems and to improve our work.
Once you have submitted a complaint, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. Our Ethics officer will coordinate the clarification of your complaint and will involve required individuals or teams. Should the Ethics officer determine that additional information is required, the officer will reach out to you accordingly.
